The Society was founded in response to the rapid evolution of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in vascular neurosurgery. Since its establishment, it has served as a platform for cooperation, education, and knowledge dissemination among professionals in Croatia and beyond. Over the years, the Society has built strong connections with international partners and has played a key role in advancing cerebrovascular care in the region.
